Our self catering cottage is a detached stone built building in the quiet village of Poole Keynes in the Cotswolds We have tried to provide you with you with as much information as possible in this statement if you have any queries please do call.

We have a basic website Booking/enquiries can be made directly from the website via email, phone text or letter. All guests are provided with written directions to the cottage.
There is no bus service. The nearest Train station is 3 miles away (Kemble main London to Cheltenham line) There are Taxes From the station.
Arrival and Car Parking Facilities
Car parking is to the side of the cottage. There are no marked parking bays but there is ample parking for all cars. The surface is flat compacted gravel leading to a flat paved areain front of the front door. Access can be made to the back door over a lawn and flat paved patio. We can assist with guests luggage.
Main Entrance and Reception
The front door has a 8cm threshold width 87cm height 197cm door hinged on the right. Keyhole 95cm high
Public Areas-General Internal
The front door opens into the lounge with a laminated interlocking floor. The lounge leads into a kitchen dining area with a with a ceramic tiled floor. The kitchen door width is70cm by 190cm high. Stairs lead to the bedrooms and bathroom. There are nine stairs to a landing (80cm by 80cm) followed by a further two stairs to the main landing which is 74cm wide. The stairs are 19cm high 24cm deep 80cm wide with a hand rail on the right going up. The stairs are fitted with a short pile carpet.
The lounge has a laminated interlocking floor with two two-seater settees a coffee table and a nest of tables. It is well lit with a reading lamp. TV with remote control and D.V.D
Self Catering Kitchen And Dinning Room
Work top height 92cm. Drop down oven doors .Height of lowest shelf 40cm. Hob is 92cm high. Sink is 92cm high with cupboards underneath. The floor has ceramic tiles. At least 90cm between furniture and work tops, evenly lit with spot lights, good contrast between floor and cupboards and other surfaces.
Fridge freezer highest shelf in fridge is 170cm.
The dining area has a square table (moveable side to side) legs on each corner height to underside 65cm.130cm long 90cm wide 80cm high, free space between the table and the walls 90cm. Four chairs with no arms.
There is no separate laundry. There is a standard size washing machine in the kitchen and a tumble drier by the back door of the main house.
There are two bedrooms upstairs.
Bedroom one has a 70cm wide door 190cm high opening inwards hinged on the left. Double bed 80cm free space to the left of the bed and 130cm free space to the right and 40cm free space at the end of the bed. Bedroom one has a dressing table and wardrobe bed side cupboards each side of the bed with two lamps on each. Bed height 60cm fitted short pile carpet on the floor.
Bedroom two has a 70cm wide door by 190cm high opening inwards hinges on the right. Double bed 50cm free space on the right 50cm free space on the left 150 free space between the bottom of the bed and the dressing table. There are bedside cupboards on each side of the bed head with bedside lamps on each. The bed is 60cm high. Fitted short pile carpet on the floor.
Out of Door Facilities
Exiting from the back door, from the lounge there is a patio and lawn area. This door is 87cm wide and 197cm high with keyhole at 95cm. The threshold is 7cm high. Patio furniture and barbeque are available for guests to use. Also children play equipment. There are footpaths in the village.

Door width 70cm by 190cm high opening inwards hinged on the rights. Free floor space is 130cm by 130cm. Bath with flexible shower. Bath height 51cm. Toilet seat height 45cm. Space to the right of the toilet is 32cm and to the left 40cm.
Flooring is plastic tiles.
Release mechanism on outside of lock door.
Space under the washbasin is free (no pipes or vanity unit).
